The process took 1 day. I interviewed at L Brands (Columbus, OH) in Apr 2012
Interview
I applied for the position through my school's job board and got an interview. The two people that I met with seemed fairly intelligent and interesting. The first asked me to walk him through my resume and a few questions to test my math/reasoning skills:
If sales were to grown annually by 4%, how long would it take for them to double?
How many did Victoria's Secret sell in the United States last year?
The second asked me questions specifically appertaining to the company, its lines of business, and its future prospects.

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
All based off of my experience, why L Brands, why I wanted the specific position, if I can relate their core qualities/values into my life and my personal definitions of each, name a time I had a conflict with a boss and how I approached it.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at L Brands (Columbus, OH) in Feb 2016
Interview
I applied through LinkedIn. I was contacted immediately by the recruiter who set up a phone screening the same day. After the phone screen she set up an in person interview with the Director of the department, the manager of the role and another manager in the department. An Excel assessment was also done after the interviews. I was then contacted a few days later to come back in for another in person interview where I meet with 3 teams members, another manager and the VP of the department. The interview process was very quick and even though I had to go back twice for interviews it was great to get different perspectives of the company through many employees. I thought the interviews went very well and I was told it was between myself and another candidate but they went with the other candidate. I'm going to continue to pursue opportunities with L Brands based on the positive experience I had while interviewing.

Question 1
The interviews were not done by the book, they were more of a conversation about the position and company.
