very normal interview, smooth process. about 30-40 mins. The store manager was very nice and took notes while i was talking. she told me how long to take back to me and did.

The interview process was in a group setting and very comfortable. The questions asked were professional yet geared well towards teamwork and team building. Emphasis was placed on availability. You will be asked to explain employment history and potentially defend any employment gaps in front of peers, so be prepared for this and practice if you feel uncomfortable. This is a normal interview practice, but can be daunting in front of "competitors" for a position.
