About a 2 hour interview with at least 4 or 5 of the Flight Department employees and one person from HR. It felt more like a conversation than an interview - overall a very positive experience.

Very laid-back and friendly interview- there were no intimidating questions. They were very focused on making the interview conversational. I'm sure the interview process will vary by department though.

Interview
It was a one day interview on campus which then led to a second round interview at the site. I was offered to go to the second round, however I did not finish the process as I chose a different company to pursue.
