Applied online, was contacted about 3 weeks later for a phone interview. They then scheduled me for an interview in person a couple days later with the two HR Direct supervisors and HR Manager. Lasted about an hour, I got to see first hand what the position entailed when I shadowed an employee. Took about two weeks to hear back on a decision.
