I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at L.L. Bean
Interview
I took part in a hiring site interview process which I hadn't ever done before but it was actually quite fun. The people that I met throughout the process where friendly and sweet. The pre interview took place here then we got call backs to come to a group interview. E group interview was very relaxed and fun but a little stressful when it came to everyone having to answer he same questions.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at L.L. Bean
Interview
The interview itself was very professionally conducted, and refreshingly friendly. The glitch came with, at the very beginning, I was told the position had pivoted and the responsibilities changed. We continued with the interview, although I was no longer a strong candidate because I did not have relevant experience. This should have been revealed before the interview started so that I could have prepared and possibly canceled the interview.
