Interview
30 minute in person interview with multiple current engineers. Asked basic interview questions, and get to know you information. The engineers were friendly and it was easy to have a good conversation with.
Got an interview through a job conference, it was vary conversational and the interviewer was very nice. Asked me general questions such as why L3Harris and why I chose to go into engineering.
Interview was in 4 sections. Introduction, 1st Person, 2nd Person, 3rd Person. They asked questions regarding experience and it was very nonchalant overall. I was initially worried about any technical questions however it was a relatively informal process outside of the introduction.

Interview
I was called by two senior engineers in which each interview lasted 2 hours long. They each wanted to know my accomplishments and achievements and wanted to know more about daily activities and habits. This tells me that they care more about how passionate or driven you are, rather than focusing only on your ability to deal with elemental school problems. It was a great conversation, but I had to ensure to engage with them since they would only ask me questions and after my response, they would continue with the next question.
