The process took 2 months. I interviewed at L3Harris (Texas City, TX)
Interview
Consisted of 3 interviews. 1st was a screening, 2nd was a talent acquisition manager interview and the 3rd was a panel interview. Not too many technical questions as they take pride in training new hires.

Question 1
What are some KPIs you’re familiar with or have worked to achieve in your previous roles?
Short and sweet. 2 rounds. One with the direct manager, second with the second line manager. Both were 30 min conversations though I don't know how typical that it is

Question 1
Gauging ability to switch tasks, which ATS are you familiar with, and how effective are you with little guidance
I applied online. I interviewed at L3Harris in Aug 2022
Interview
Met with multiple members of the TA team (3 managers and 1 director) at separate times for video interviews. The manager who coordinated these sent invites with zero context or communication. After completing all of the interviews I was told I would hear back early the next week. Nothing… follow up directly to the manager… nothing. As a person in TA, I knew this seemed like a bad sign, but I followed up with the director anyway. I was disappointed because I am
on maternity leave right now attempting to find a new role. Zero feedback was completely unprofessional. Anyway, the director didn’t even respond and they sent me an automatic rejection. I would absolutely never do this to one of my candidates ESPECIALLY for my own team. I’m glad I took time away from my baby not once but 4 times, for not even a thank you for your time. Terrible candidate experience.
