The initial interview consisted of a phone call with technical questions and daily tasks, followed by scheduling a 45-minute virtual interview with the senior manager and associate manager via Microsoft Teams.

I was interviewed for 1 hour about general Eletronic questions and asked questions about my networking knowledge and Radio Frequency knowledge. I was asked question in a round table format with 5 people involved who my team would soon be. I was asked about vehicle instillations and my skill or lack thereof and with my army experience I was able to answer all questions as my background in the army was working as a 25U.
