L3Harris Senior Software Engineering Manager interview questions

Recruiter reached out within 1 week since the online application and then ghosted for 2 months. Virtual group interview with the hiring manager and 2 other peer manager. Hiring manager joined late and clearly lack the intention for any serious conversation and it seemed rather they were doing formality to conduct this interview. As expected did not receive an offer as it was evident from the interview. L3Harris is primarily focused on finding average talent and not paying above market rate.
