Interview
Phone interview. Then face to face interview. The actual hiring process took longer than expected because the interviewer forgot to send the paperwork, and when i followed up with him a number of times, he said he would get back in touch with me. He never did.
Was taken through a first interview and asked about basic sales experience, not really focused on biomechanics or exercise physiology. Got a second interview in while I was asked to memorize a script and if you can memorize it you get the position.
