One on one interview they ask a lot about your experience in sales. They also want to see that you are friendly and enjoy talking to people. They like to see that you know how to handle multiple task as once.

The interview process at LA Fitness was very simple and informal. I spoke directly with the front desk manager, who asked general questions about my experience working with people. It felt more like a casual conversation than a formal interview.

How do you handle interactions with different types of people?
Quick questions about my experience and then showed me around the facility and met people. told me about the job and then was offered it quicky after I interviewed for it
It was super fast and simple. I was there for maybe 15 minutes and pretty much got hired on the spot. Very easy process. Not much requirement needed to get accepted
