I was asked a few questions about myself and then the operations manager just walked me around the building to show me all the amenities and then he talked more about what exactly i’d be doing and set up another time to meet for paperwork. the easiest interview i’ve been in.

Interview
The interview process at LA Fitness was very simple and informal. I spoke directly with the front desk manager, who asked general questions about my experience working with people. It felt more like a casual conversation than a formal interview.

How do you handle interactions with different types of people?
Quick questions about my experience and then showed me around the facility and met people. told me about the job and then was offered it quicky after I interviewed for it
It was super fast and simple. I was there for maybe 15 minutes and pretty much got hired on the spot. Very easy process. Not much requirement needed to get accepted
