Interview Process was great. Received an a call from a very nice person who did the initial interview, also had my 2nd phase of the interview process completed and that person was very nice as well. Lots of questions about your best/worst quality and what I thought that previous employers would say about me

General interview questions. Why would you like to work for them. Your work history. How do you handle irate customers. Also do you have call center exp. They also asked do you have a problem sitting for eight hours a day.
