Interview
I receive first short call from a recruter verifiying my documents, teling me about the specifics of the Job as a Behavioral Technician and she asked why I was interest in this posiiton. Then, she schedule to next day an interview with the manager from San Diego that was very nice to speak, inteligent and calm, also she knew how to explain the everyday duties for the job to me and the questions were direct. I liked a lot. It was a very good experience.

Question 1
The interviewer questions were similar to: Tell me about your experience working with childen and with Autism. What would you do in a danger or aggresive situation from the child? How do you manage work with families? Tell me about your experience working as a part of a teachig team? How do you see yourself in 5 years? What is the most interesting thing for you in this job?
Very clear cut and two-three step process. Everyone involved was very professional and kept to their deadlines about when I would be receiving communication from them next. Standard interview questions and nothing out of left field to expect.

Interview
The initial phone interview was brief (15 minutes). The interviewer is a recruiting manager who asks questions about previous work experience and requires a 6 mos minimum comittment once hired on.

They do a phone interview, and then a zoom call. You should be informed quickly on if they chose to hire you on or not. It went very smooth from my experience.
