I applied online. I interviewed at LMI (McLean, VA) in May 2015
Interview
Casual, phone interview and then met for lunch. Described the position and the expectations as well as what has prepared me for the position and what I would bring to the company.
Very easily coordinated and conversational. Interview was performed as a panel of colleagues. Difficult to gauge interviewer's interest. Sometimes seemed they had already made a decision before asking question. Ask questions regarding past projects as well as discussed the project in detail with prospective responsibilities.

Interview
I interviewed twice: once in person (on-campus) and once via conference call. I got the initial interview offer after speaking with them at an on-campus career fair. The first interview lasted about 30 minutes, and the second one about the same. Both interviews were mostly behavioral, but they did ask me a few questions about coding/present me with a case in the first interview.
