First was contacted by HR and then by Hiring Manager and a technical interview with the entire team. Last was a non-technical interview stating the expectations of the job with three people

Interview
First round was short conversation with hiring manager. Second round was with a QA and Dev from the team. Really liked the people I interviewed with, seems like a great team to work for.
Wish I could say the same about their internal recruiting department. Was notified of my first round interview with an email that just listed a time, nothing else. Seriously, I had to reply to the email asking what the time was regarding, as zero context was provided.
Hiring manager had told me directly he wanted to move me to second round, but after almost a week, and nothing from recruiting dept, had to contact manager directly on LinkedIn to prod recruiting into scheduling second round. Had to do almost the same thing to get feedback after second round. Recruiting department needs to work on professionalism and communication.
