Phone interview then if you pass that you do an interview with hiring manager. Basic questions about past employment and what I knew about LPL Financial. Interviewer was nice and made me feel comfortable. Interview was virtual due to COVID.

The LPL Financial application process was similar to most online applications. I received a phone interview, and the interviewer was very direct and to the point, focusing on my experience. The process generally takes about two weeks, but I wasn’t invited to a second interview.

It was a great interview process. I learned a lot about the company and the job opportunity. All the interviewers were very informative. It was a great interview experience. They have great benefits.
