Professional and informative! 3 rounds consisting of an initial phone call, then 2 subsequent Zoom meetings. First, I talked to the recruiter and then to the regional managers. The interview process was more about seeing what I was about. Nothing like asking trite questions about my weaknesses and other worthless questions that have nothing to do with my ability to get work done and my qualifications.
