Initial CV screening followed by 2 online interviews, each only lasting 15 or so minutes. Questions were entirely on personality and almost nothing technical. After 2 interviews, I was told I would be given the job pending a funding approval. I was told this was a yearly exercise and was nothing to worry about, After pushing the date back many times, they finally told me that the budget had been pulled and the role would not go ahead. I thought this was really unprofessional
