The first online interview is more of a behavioral one. You definitely have to prepare in advance, since the questions are quite tricky. The second interview is also online and you have to answer to 8 questions while recording yourself.

One day online AC, very hard questions and intense schedule starting from the morning till just before dinner. Behaviour questions are very different from traditional ones so need extra prep. Candidates are all very competitive.
