First stage was to complete online tests.
After approx. 2 months heard back and was invited for a 30 min telephone Interview. They were simple competency questions.
Same day heard back for assessment center. It comprised of multiple competency and motivational interviews, a case study and group work.

Interview
Slow process for HR to respond but otherwise unchallenging, the test is easy and the interview felt relaxed and enjoyable. Applied online and forgot about the application, was contacted over a month after and went straight to interview. The rest ofthe process was quite quick.
