The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) (New York, NY)
Interview
I was shortlisted and contacted by a talent acquisition staff who asked me on my right to work in the country for the role I applied. I advised accordingly and did not hear anything for 2 weeks. A follow-up email was sent, but the response simply bypassed the request for updates on the above titled role. I was then offered some other role in LSEG.
On request for more details on that other role (including what it was), the reply was "I don't know...". Thereafter, the talent acquisition staff offered to link me up with the hiring manager for that role. Another 2 weeks passed and I heard nothing again. A follow-up email was sent to check on that role, but all I was asked was whether anyone was in touch with me. I replied no and heard nothing once more... (almost 2 weeks).
Honesty and integrity are much appreciated here. If I was subsequently rejected for the role I applied, please advise directly. Do not go in rounds, offer an ambiguous role and then 'ghost' off from time to time.

I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) (Johannesburg)
Interview
The process was very long and drawn out for no apparent reason, with little to no communication from the human resources team. It took almost two months to get an interview after the initial application, and then several more weeks to hear back from anyone. While it might be due to the recruitment team being stretched thin, that doesn't excuse the disappointing process, especially given the company's values. Overall, the experience left a bad taste in my mouth

I applied through other source. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) (Bucharest, Bucuresti) in May 2019
Interview
The recruitment process had 4 (four) steps (interviews):
1. Phone call - administrative discussion - HR
2. Face to face interview - administrative & test - HR
3. Skype interview - skills - Team
4. Final interview - personality & administrative - HR
The overall experience was nice but at some point they gave the illusion that I am already chosen for the role.
