They don't know what they want, they don't have an overall process of recruitment and it's a chaotic environment. I had like 4 interviews with the company: 2hr, online algorithm test, technical and one with some manager and another guy that speaks English poorly. I had 100% percent at the algorithm part, I passed the technical interview and at the last one, they didn't exactly know who am I, what am I interviewed for and they asked some dump questions like "do you know Python?" even though in my resume it is not mentioned Python and I was never asked if I am familiar with that stack. One of the guy connected in the meeting after a period and he even said that he not really know what to ask me. After all of that interviews where I lost ~7h (one work day) they don't even bother to send me a feedback.
