Very smooth and enthusiastic process, you can tell everyone enjoys working there. Phone screening, then zoom with your (soon to be) manager, then 2-3 additional rounds. If you make it to the in-person interview, you'll have to pitch a product. Just be confident and show you've done your due diligence. They want someone who can demonstrate product knowledge and has confidence to not be scared of rejection. They give you a ton of information on what they expect for the role. Just be yourself, the interviewers are very personable (From my experience)
