Application I applied online Jan 2023. I interviewed at LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) beginning of Feb 2023. Interview Had my first Video interview after 5 days. Was told that I next step would have been the face to face. Then got ghosted, no feedback, no emails answered despite I was asking for updates. Suddenly, after 10 days of silence, I was literally asked to rush for the face to face. I could not negotiate the date as they told me it was urgent. I did the interview. Got ghosted again, after 7 days and despite me asking, they were not even bothered to reply to the emails. Overall the communication was poor, there is no respect for the applicant, after one month still no response has arrived from the company. What is the point of posing job ads when you don't reply to the applicants? Was reading other reviews : ghosting is a standard behaviour, they are not serious with the recruitment process
