There was no interview since I need sponsorship and they dont sponsor for this position. I just had recruiter call. And after that recruiter ghosted me. And after several emails 3 weeks later he told me that we won't sponsor

Interview
There were three stages in the interview process. The first stage involved the recruiter, the second stage included the senior colleagues, and the final stage consisted of a 30-minute technical test and the interview with the hiring manager.
