I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) (London, England) in Aug 2025
Interview
HR replied to my application and asked for availability and their calendar was fully booked. I booked the first slot and had a really good chat with them.
Later on I realised that wasn’t even a round of interview. He then sent the CVs to hiring manager to shortlist candidates and I wasn’t shortlisted. Why is my time less valuable than the hiring manager and I spent an hr talking to someone who has no re at my selection??
It took 2 weeks to get notified by an automated email that I wasn’t selected.

Case to case basis ... minimum 4 rounds .. Talent acquisition, peer, manager and HR ..... situation based mainly. They need to know if you can do the job they are looking for with prior exp you bring to the table
