      I interviewed at LTK

      Interview

An HR rep approached me initially. We had an informal discussion and then I applied for the role. After I applied the job title changed - which should have been a red flag. My initial discussion with the hiring manager was positive but she was new to her role and spoke very candidly about how disorganized the office was. I went in for the next round and met with a few more people and presented the take home task. The other employees also spoke negatively about the office and blamed other teams for some of the issues that existed. It was strange that the interviewers lacked accountability instead of offering solutions or excitement about how this new role could solve it. I received an automated email a few days later saying the role was on hold. LTK seems like a great company with lots of data but my experience was not positive and feel like I dodged a bullet despite the waste of time for 3 rounds and a presentation.

      Question 1

They asked standard questions regarding my experience and the role. HRs questions were on fit and culture, the hiring manager was more conversational.
