Interview Process:
The interview process at LTIMindtree for the Graduate Engineer Trainee role was smooth and well-organized. It consisted of the following rounds:
Online Aptitude + Technical Test:
Conducted via an online platform.
Covered quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal ability, and basic programming concepts in Java, C++, and data structures.
Technical Interview:
Questions were asked on core Java, OOP concepts, final year project explanation, and basic DSA problems.
I was also asked to write and explain a simple code on arrays and strings.
Interviewer was friendly and allowed me time to think and explain.
HR Interview:
It was a casual and friendly interaction.
Questions included: "Tell me about yourself", "Why LTIMindtree?", "Where do you see yourself in 5 years?", and some scenario-based questions.
