The whole hiring vibe for LVMH feels less like a professional job interview and more like a reality TV show audition. The process focuses more on your personal brand and appearance rather than actual skills. There is also a very intense, unspoken pressure to be a "brand ambassador" at your own expense. There's an expectation to always look the part and wear the brand. It feels incredibly shallow and materialistic.
