The recruiting process was both thorough and compact. I felt I really had the chance to really get to know the company, but the process wasn't too long. I also felt I had the full attention of the interviewer, which doesn't always happen.

Interview
The interview process was very straightforward. I spoke with a corporate recruiter first for 30 min. They actually dug in fairly deep. From there I spoke with a recruiting manager and a practice manager. At the end of all of this there was a case study.

How many searches on average are you currently able to handle?
There were 3 rounds of interviews, spread out across 2 months. Questions were easy and straight forward. There was an initial phone screen IV, then 2 video interviews after. The video interviews were about 30 min each.
