The interview process consisted of 2 phone interviews, then a two day interview process that consisted of meeting each person on the leadership team. There was a total of 6 face to face interviews, including he CEO. It was the best experience of my professional life. I spent 1 hour with each member of the Executive Team, and was asked questions related to position, and my leadership skills. I had the opportunity to witness the culture of the company up close and with the team members that drive that culture.
