Everyone was very down to earth and easy to talk to. Every time I had an interview, they seemed excited to actually get to know me better. I did not talk to one person I did not like. Also, they were very prompt to getting back to me on time, whether it be during the day, at night, or they would even get back to me on weekends if I contacted them. After every interview or phone call, I felt great and just kept wanting to move on to the next step. My last interview was with the CEO, Tom Gimbel, and the way he did the interview was so interesting because it was an interview within a conversation. I had never had an itnerview like that before. (All my other interviews at other companies have been rapid fire questions and that is it, as if they were going through a script". It was just very personal and I felt like they wanted me there.
