I applied online. I interviewed at LaSalle Network (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2023
Interview
Three recruiters from LaSalle recruiting for clients have contacted me in the last 6 months. The first two that interviewed me asked me the same questions for different jobs. Isn't there a database for that? It felt like they were going through the motions. I never heard back. The last one contacted me and she was engaged and shared great info and asked good questions. She or her support staff communicated daily for nearly three weeks. The interviews with the potential employer went well, and I liked the potential employer. I was told I would receive an offer on a specific day. That day came and passed. I followed up, and the following day I received an email that she had not heard back. I followed up a few days later and did not hear back. I also contacted her support staff, and nothing.

Question 1
The first two recruiters asked questions that my resume answered based on my work experience and timeframe. The third recruiter clearly reviewed my resume and asked me questions specific to the role.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at LaSalle Network (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2020
Interview
Went to the Chicago office to get assistance with my career search. It's been MONTHS and not a single position to review. In Chicago, not one lead, really??
From what I've experienced and see them post if your new in a career they're your firm otherwise a waste of time.

Interview
Do not bother interviewing with this company. I found the organization to be extremely disorganized and not respectful of my wishes at all. I applied to this company after reading all of their great reviews but after seeing their office is was nothing special and after meeting some people there it seemed like a high school click. I was excited for my interview and I expressed to the woman who gave me the phone screening that I was applying ONLY for an internal role and not signing up for their services they offer. She said she understood my wishes, when I got to the office I did not meet the woman I had a phone interview with and I got roped into signing up for their services. They completely wasted my time with two interviews that were for external roles they could put me in. Finally after complaining to someone I was interview for a internal role, which by the way nobody had any idea there that I wanted to be considered for an internal role. A lot of miscommunication at this company. I thought the conversation went well when interviewing for the internal role. The interviewer told me to do some research about LaSalle Network and she will set me up for a time to meet the rest of the Marketing team there. Of course I did my research that night, typed it up, and emailed it to the interviewer. I did not even get a follow up reply from her. After about 2 months of not hearing from them about that role, they called me about another internal role when I had already applied for it, and been interviewed for it. Get it together LaSalle.
