I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at LaSalle Network (Chicago, IL) in Dec 2015
Interview
The whole interview process took six weeks and 13 interviews. When I submitted my resume to their website, I received a call within 20 minutes. This was just an initial phone screening interview and to schedule an in person interview. I went into their office the following week where I met with two different individuals who wanted to get to know me better and what I was looking for job wise. They had me fill out some information and then take a skills test from the comfort of my own home. Then, I received a phone call from their internal recruiter two weeks later who asked me to come in for an internal interview. For that interview I met with 3 people and then was told the internal recruiter would be in touch. The following day I received an email from him asking me to come back in the following week. That time I met with five different people from different departments within LaSalle. My final interview was a week later with the CEO, the internal recruiter again, and a person from HR. Once I left after that interview I received a phone call from the internal recruiter as I was getting home asking me if I would like to join the team. The day after that my future boss called me to officially offer me the job.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at LaSalle Network (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2021
Interview
3 or 4 interviews- allowing yourself to meet different level of managers on different teams! An assessment and then offer! It was a really great experience and I am still working here today!

Interview
It was really quick and casual. I interviewed before the long process they make you go through now. I originally interviewed as an external candidate for some of their job openings, but they thought I'd be an internal fit.
