I went in for a general interview. After meeting with two recruiters, I was told about the Research positions available. I was asked to come in a few days later to meet with the research manager and a few other senior level researchers.
The interview with the manager was incredibly laid back. He asked personality type questions: what's your favorite kind of food, what kind of music do you listen to, etc. The "senior" level researcher I met with was 23 and used foul language describing the job position. I found it off-putting and rude.
Overall the interview process was incredibly easy. I was told they were looking to hire young, new researchers to double their team within the next few months. I got a call the next day saying they were looking for candidates with more experience (which doesn't make sense since they were seeking recent graduates). I would not have accepted the position even if I had been offered.
