Someone from the company reached out after I had applied and schedule an interview for later that week. I went into the interview thinking that I was being interviewed for a Junior HR Consultant position within LaSalle Network. However, this was not at all the case. I met with a member of their team and they explained that they would help me find a job that seems like a good fit with one of their clients, and in return they would get a percentage of my first year's salary. They asked what my salary requirements weren't realistic and told me I should lower my expectations my half.
Disappointed in the company and the fact that they basically tricked me into coming in for an interview just to give themselves more business.
If you are going in for an interview, be aware that you may not be interviewed for the job you applied for. They WILL help you find a job, but it'll cost you. If you need help finding a job, they're great at assisting you throughout the process and have a lot of opportunities.
