Positive experience for the most part, much like other job interview processes
They care more about who you are, how you would act in the different situations like operating under pressure or dealing with a angry patient. They also want to know about how you would handle a disagreement with a coworker.

The interview process was a good experience the interviewer ask questions about my experience and background. She then explained job duties what a typical day would be like and the training process.
