This was the initial 15 minute phone screen. Interviewer could not stay quiet while I was trying to answer questions, kept interrupting with “mhm mhm” after every couple of words. Interrupted me halfway through to tell me she thought I sounded “unprofessional” and she was worried that I sounded too close to a previous candidate that hiring managers didn’t like. Job posting was listed as in Durham, NC, is actually located in Burlington, NC. Completely turned me off from the company if this is any indication of how it’s run day to day.
