Initial phone interview was conducted by recruiter from HR department and focussed on background and reasons for application, followed by an in-person interview with hiring manager and several other managers and peers (total:4 interviewers). Follow-up and invitation to second round of in-person interviews with extended team including some phone interviews (4 interviewers). All interviews were behavioral interviews but not very structured and in many cases just a nice conversation about previous positions and experiences, and held in a very friendly atmosphere. Final phone interview with HR manager (more structured and a lot of behavioral questions) and drug test. I received offer about 2 weeks after last interview.
