Interview process consists of a phone call and an in person meeting (pre-covid). Questions are mostly situational and have to be answered in STAR format. There are about 10 Questions in total.

With staffing, Interview process was not that bad, general questions about background history and what are you looking for in their company. How would you benefit the team and the company?
Zoom interview with 3 people, about a one hour interview, all open ended questions, questions about strengths and weaknesses with specific examples, how you are a leader…how many more words so I need here!
