I applied online through LinkedIn. Contacted maybe 2 days later and set up a phone interview for the following day. Phone interview went well and a video interview was set up for two weeks later (that late due to my own scheduling conflicts). Video interview went well and the interviewers were very kind and explained the job and company well. Not even 30minutes after that interview, my recruiter contacted me and told me the company wanted to fly me out to Madison for a tour. I was flown to Madison two weeks later and toured the lab and loved what I saw. Got an offer a few days later.
Video interview questions were behavioral, STAR method.
