Phone screening with HR person. Second virtual interview with hiring manager, Director and HR. They asked a mixed of situational/behavioral and experience/background questions. The interviewers were professional and seemed to have a good understanding of the role and competencies they were looking for. At the end of the second round interview, they said they will be in touch to let me know their decision by the end of the following week. The following week I never heard back, I followed up with the HR person, she replied they were going to take another week, followed up again and she never ever replied back, never got any feedback or communication from them again. Apparently ghosting candidates after 2 rounds of interviews is acceptable now.
