A couple of weeks after filling out an application on Lamar's website that I had found on Indeed.com, I received an email requesting a phone interview. The phone interview mostly served the purpose of explaining the job description to me and confirming that it was a job I would be interested in . I was also asked to expand on my work experience listed in my resume. I was then scheduled for an in-person interview to meet the tax managers. After an interview that I felt went well, I waited a month and a half before hearing from Lamar again. I was finally asked to take a personality test, and then I was offered the job shortly after that.
