Was contacted almost immediately after submitting application and resume. Had a lengthy interview and left feeling really good—even excited. Sent thank you email. And then...ghosted. I was shocked that a company with this HR infrastructure would ghost an applicant especially after a in-person interview. Not even a rejection email so I was left hanging which does not send a good message about business practices. Good luck to you Lands End. If you treat applicants this way I can only imagine what the treatment of employees is like.

Interview
I was emailed asking to set up an interview a few days after applying. The interview went really well, the district manager and I clicked quickly. It was the standard questions, but the conversation was natural. Afterwards I emailed the district manager to thank her for her time. I never received a reply. A week later I emailed her again just to follow up. Still have not received even so much as to let me know I did not get the position. Which I can definitely say I am not disappointed about if they have individuals there, especially a district manager, who is that unprofessional. I understand things comes up, especially in business, but to not reach out just to touch base it extremely rude. And if something came up in personal life then hand off the hiring to someone else. Hopefully you all have better luck if you interview with this company.
