Very slow proccess. Took around 4 months to reach final stage of interview. First phone call with HR with general questions yo know your backround. Then skype calal with manager where basic OOPS concepts, algorithm and they try to get detailed knowledge about your background. Then another skype call with other team members. Final round they will fly you down for onsite interview.
