Basic interview experience with initial phone call screening from HR, two rounds of Teams interviews. Asked basic questions about resume, project experience, field work experience, and school/course background. Be prepared to answer questions related to goals, teamwork experience, and field v. office work.

Overall it was 3 rounds and initially had an HR screening process. Overall process was not too bad and not too difficult. Minimal technical questions, and questions were not surprising.
