LaunchDarkly Developer Educator interview questions

I was referred by an employee and proceeded with the 30 min phone screen by the technical recruiter. The interview itself was fine, no issues there. What soured the experience for me was the lack of communication afterwards. About a week later I was notified they went with other candidates. I would’ve liked to have the opportunity to show them what I’m capable of via a tech assessment so to reject someone before that threw me off. Plus, the interviewer who is a white cisgender guy kept misgendering the non-binary person that referred me, which didn’t give me the best impression of the culture. It didn’t seem like the culture is inclusive. Grateful for the referral though.
