Interview
The interview starts with a 45 minute technical presentation of past projects and is followed by 3 to 4 panel interviews. The group then takes you to lunch at a local favorite restaurant and the day wraps up with a meeting with HR.
They put you in control by letting you present technical material instead of asking you technical questions. Allows you to speak to your strengths and be more prepared. Then the interviews are much more concerned with behavioral questions.
