Three-interview process with HR, first-level, and then management level interviews over about 6 weeks time. Questions were very different each time. Only one interviewer asked a behavior-based question. All other questions were about experience and expertise.

How would you handle a situation in which you would be working with a Subject Matter Expert (SME), and that SME would not schedule the necessary time to work with you?
